UCI Kit is a brand of db AV Solutions Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates ucikit.com and is the data controller responsible for your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Email address — when you join a waitlist or sign up for updates, we store the email you provide.
• Purchase information — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and order details, but never your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs payment data.
• Technical data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard request data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.

How we use it

• To deliver products you purchase and send you download links and receipts.
• To notify you about product launches and updates you asked to hear about.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Email communication

Waitlist and update emails always include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately; we may still send transactional emails related to a purchase (receipts, download links, critical update notices).

Service providers

We share data only with the services needed to run UCI Kit: Stripe (payments), our email provider (waitlist and update emails), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and our instructions.

Data retention

We keep purchase records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email connect@ucikit.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
